Watches offered for sale on this site are owned and sold by WristActivity. WristActivity is the merchant of record for those sales. This is not a third-party marketplace.

A WristActivity account is required to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity carried out under your account.

Each listing describes one physical watch. Prices are shown in US dollars and are determined by WristActivity at the time of checkout.

Displayed asking prices are WristActivity cash or bank-wire prices. If WristActivity offers an alternate payment method at different pricing, that pricing is disclosed clearly before you pay and is calculated by WristActivity, never by your browser.

WristActivity may correct errors in a listing, price or availability, and may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment as described in the Return Policy.

Only ever use bank-wire instructions WristActivity gives you directly through an official order or invoice. WristActivity will never ask you to act on changed wire instructions sent from an unverified message. If anything about payment instructions looks unusual, stop and contact WristActivity before sending funds.

Placing an order reserves the watch for a limited period and authorizes payment. An authorization is not a completed sale. WristActivity reviews orders before funds are captured, and a contract of sale is formed only when WristActivity accepts and fulfils the order.

Returns are governed by the WristActivity Return Policy.

WristActivity provides this site as it is. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may change. The version in force at the time of your order is recorded with that order and continues to govern it.
