WristActivity collects only what it needs to run an account, fulfil an order and publish a newsletter.

What we collect
- account details: your email address and any profile details you choose to provide
- order details: the watch purchased, amounts, and the billing and shipping information required to deliver it
- newsletter subscription details, if you subscribe
- basic technical information required to operate and secure the site
Payment information
Card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout and are processed by that provider. WristActivity does not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
- to fulfil and support your order
- to verify payment and prevent fraud
- to contact you about your order or account
- to send the newsletter, if you subscribed — you may unsubscribe at any time
Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the business — payment processing, hosting and delivery — and where required by law. WristActivity does not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
Order and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, warranty, authenticity and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that is not subject to those retention requirements.
